We welcome you to an outstanding master-planned community, set within the beauty and laid-back lifestyle of the Village of Wellington.  The Preserve at Binks Forest is one of five sub-developments that make up the entire community of Binks Forest.  With 264 single-family homes, it is the largest of the five.  The gated community was built between the mid to late 1990s.  It features a top rated golf course, which recently underwent renovations, and several incredible lakes on property.  Homeowners do pay fees into a monthly Homeowner’s Association.  Those fees help fund maintenance of common areas and cable television.  The community is easily found just north of Greenview Shores Boulevard, on the west side of Binks Forest Drive.  This area of Palm Beach County is within the boundaries of the Village of Wellington, which is the most populous village in all of the state of Florida.  Fort Lauderdale is less than an hour away from Wellington.  South Beach is about an hour-and-a-half drive.

The Mediterranean-style homes of The Preserve at Binks Forest come in floor plans of between three and six bedrooms, with two to five-and-a-half baths.  Both single-story and two-story models are available, with square footage from 2,200 to more than 4,000 square feet.  Average prices for some of the homes ranges from the mid $300,000s to the mid $600,000s.  All of the single-family homes include either two or three-car garages.  Many of the homes within The Preserve either have golf course views, views of the preserves, or reside on one of the six cul-de-sacs.  Expect to find split bedroom floor plans, with high ceilings, screened in patios, and some with private swimming pools.  Other features found throughout the homes in the community include marble flooring, concrete block construction and tile roofs.  Lot sizes range from ¼ acre to ½ acre in size.

Living at The Preserve at Binks Forest puts you in a great location to enjoy the best dining and shopping of South Florida.  There are numerous restaurants in the region to choose from, many within just a few miles of the community.  Shoppers can be assured there is something for just about everyone at the Mall at Wellington Green.  There are also a number of high-end retailers in the area, selling some of the latest fashions and accessories.  About a half hour away, and residents will find themselves at one of the areas outstanding beaches.  The white sand brings homeowners and tourists, alike, to the area.  Many come in search of water sports, fishing, and simply a chance to soak up some of South Florida’s year-round mild temperatures and sunshine.  Palm Beach County also includes dozens of public parks, with a variety of activities to be found.  The Village of Wellington has an outstanding reputation in the equestrian world.  The area has top-rated equestrian facilities and features some of the top horse shows in all of the world each year.  One of those is the annual Winter Equestrian Festival, which brings in thousands of visitors to the area each year.  Wellington also is home to a number of cultural and entertainment centers, including the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts.  The venue hosts some of the top musical acts and entertainment in this region of South Florida.  There are several nearby hospitals and medical centers in the area, including Palms West Hospital and Wellington Regional.  Children living in the community of The Preserve at Binks Forest attend schools within the highly rated School District of Palm Beach County.  Public schools that service the area include Binks Forest Elementary and Wellington Landings Middle School, which are both within walking distance.
