An outstanding newly constructed community with lush landscaping and incredible views is what you will find in the neighborhood of Wellington View. The community features just 178 estate-sized homes, tucked inside a guard-gated entrance.  The neighborhood includes a clubhouse, fitness center, numerous hiking and biking trails, tennis courts and picturesque lakes.  Garden views and preserves also surround the community. It is a lovely area to live, within just a few minutes drive of Royal Palm Beach and West Palm Beach, Florida.In Wellington View, homeowners will find five floor plans to choose from.  Prices range from the low $400,000s to the mid $500,000s.  Square footage of living space starts at around 2,500 and goes upwards of 4,700 square feet. The Mediterranean-style homes include at least three bedrooms, with some featuring five bedrooms.  There are at least two-and-a-half baths, with some homes featuring up to five bathrooms.  Homes come standard with either two or three car garages. Inside the homes, expect high-end touches, like coffered ceilings, walk-in closets and gourmet kitchens with granite countertops.  The homes also feature private master suites, and some have marble flooring. Outside many of the homes, you will find covered balconies and lanais, perfect for viewing the incredible landscaping and beauty of the surrounding neighborhood.  Some of the homes also feature private pools with spas for residents to enjoy.

 The Wellington View community is well positioned for enjoying all that South Florida has to offer.  Homes are within just a few minutes of the Mall at Wellington Green.  Here you will find just about any retail offering a shopper is after. You are also well positioned within Wellington View to try out some of the best restaurants in all of the area.  From fining dining, to family-style restaurants, the choices are endless. A short drive from Wellington View, transform yourself into the easy living of Palm Beach County.  Miles of exquisite South Florida beaches are close by, along with parks, picnic areas and plenty of water sports to keep any family entertained on the weekends.
