Enjoy living in a secure community, within minutes of some of West Palm Beach’s most desirable attractions.  Welcome to the neighborhood of Victoria Woods.  The community of Victoria Woods includes 795 homes.  Around 100 of them are townhomes located in the Wyndam Park addition.  With winding tree lined streets, and plenty of activities for all ages, this community features a true family-friendly atmosphere.   The community includes tennis courts, basketball courts, a playground, a baseball field and a neighborhood swimming pool.  Residents also have the option to rent out a pavilion, located in the recreational area of the community.  Homeowners within Victoria Woods do pay fees to a Homeowner’s Association, but they are very low for the area.  The fees go to pay for maintenance of common areas, security and the additional community amenities.  The community is gated.  Victoria Woods is located off Summit Boulevard, between Jog Road and South Military Trail.  This area of Palm Beach County is east of Florida’s Turnpike, offering easy travel in, and around, Palm Beach County and the surrounding areas of South Florida.

Homes within the community of Victoria Woods are affordable for the region.  Expect to pay between the low $100,000s to the mid $300,000s to live in the area.  The homes feature some Victorian-style exteriors and some ranch-style homes.  Expect to find high ceilings, walk-in closets, split bedroom floor plans and screened-in patios.

Shoppers are close to a number of Palm Beach County attractions living at Victoria Woods.  The Mall at Wellington Green is not far from the community, neither is CityPlace in downtown West Palm Beach.  Both areas include more than 100 retailers, plus restaurants and more.  The community is also about 25 minutes from the upscale shopping destination of Worth Avenue.  For outdoor recreation, the Atlantic Ocean and its incredible beaches are just about 20 minutes away from Victoria Woods.  Enjoy some prime locations for boating, fishing and diving in the area, as well as the opportunity to enjoy the incredible sunshine of South Florida.  For golfers, there are plenty of options, as well.  There are more than 150 public and private golf courses located in, and around, the Palm Beach County area.  The Intracoastal region is also close to the community of Victoria Woods.  The area hosts the annual SunFest, which brings in musicians and artists each spring.  Other West Palm Beach attractions include the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts.  The venue is the place to go in Palm Beach County to view the ballet, the opera, plus live theatre and music.  For more casual live music, visit the Meyer Amphitheater.  The area is family-friendly, and hosts events throughout the year.  Also, do not miss Florida’s largest art museum.  The Norton Museum of Art, in West Palm Beach, is well respected, and includes both permanent and traveling exhibits.  The local economy relies on tourism, with many jobs in the industry.  Other jobs revolve around health care.  Victoria Woods is close to several hospitals and medical centers, including Butler Medical Center and Good Samaritan Medical Center in West Palm Beach.  The neighborhood of Victoria Woods is within the School District of Palm Beach County.  The top-rated public school district is one of the largest in the United States.  Children within the neighborhood attend Pine Jog Elementary School, Okeeheelee Middle School and John I. Leonard High School.   Other nearby private schools include, West Palm Beach Junior Academy, Greenacres Christian Academy and Summit Christian School.  As for post-secondary education, Palm Beach Atlantic University is located right in downtown West Palm Beach.  Other area colleges in Palm Beach County include Keiser University and Northwood University.
