If you’re searching for the ease of luxury community living, with close proximity to all of West Palm Beach, Lands of the Presidents may just be the perfect location for your new home.  Within the gates of a golf community, are condominium homes built in 1984.  The upscale building comes with a doorman and a full-time manger and maintenance/cleaning staff.  The building also includes a community room, a fitness room, a library, plus a community swimming pool and sauna, along with room for tennis.  The community is gated 24/7.  Membership at the nearby President Country Club is available, but not mandatory.  The country club provides additional amenities including the golf course and a clubhouse, as well as six Har-Tru tennis courts and instruction.  Homeowners do pay fees to a Homeowner’s Association of around $700 per month.  Those fees go to fund community maintenance, water, cable television and Internet, as well as pest control.  You will find the community of Lands of the Presidents between Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard, and Village Boulevard, in West Palm Beach, Florida.  This part of Palm Beach County is right on the shores of Lake Mangonia, with easy access to I-95.

Condominium home prices within the Lands of the Presidents community range in price greatly, from around $75,000 to nearly $400,000.  Expect to find homes ranging from around 900 square feet for a one-bedroom/one bath, on upwards to 2,900 square feet in size for a three bedroom/two-and-a-half-bath unit.  When it comes to the condominiums, expect the units to come with plenty of storage, and huge screened-in balconies overlooking the golf course.  Many of the residences also have views of the lake, the ocean, and even some of downtown West Palm Beach.  On the insides, you will find upgraded granite countertops and tile in the kitchens, along with stainless steel appliances and walk-in closets.

As for shopping and dining, Lands of the Presidents is very close to several choices.  It is within walking distance of the soon-to-be-open, Palm Beach Outlet Mall and some big box stores in the area, as well as restaurants.  As for other dining and shopping options, Lands of the Presidents is just a few minutes from downtown West Palm Beach’s shopping venue, CityPlace.  The area features more than 100 national retail chains and specialty shops, along with a number of dining locations.  For additional shopping options, upscale Worth Avenue is also just a short drive from the community.  The Atlantic Ocean and its beaches are also just a short drive away.  For travelers, the community is less than 10 minutes from the Palm Beach International Airport. Golfers do not have to go far, either.  The President Country Club offers an 18-hole championship course.  If you are not a member of the country club, you can still play per game of golf.  There are also more than 150 other private, and public, golf courses within Palm Beach County.  The President Country Club, itself, is in the middle of a major redevelopment.  Proposed plans include a number of single-family homes in the area, as well as a hotel, spa, medical offices, and a conference center.  Children living within Lands of the Presidents, attend school at one of the many schools within the School District of Palm Beach County.  The A-rated public school district covers the entire county, and is also one of the largest public school districts in the United States.  Not surprisingly, it is also one of the largest employers for the area.  Nearby schools to Lands of the Presidents include, Roosevelt Elementary School, Roosevelt Middle School and Palm Beach Lakes High School.
