Enjoy incredible views of West Palm Beach when you make Envoy your new home.  The Envoy Condominiums are part of the Lands of the President subdivision in West Palm Beach.  The building features a 24-hour doorman and manger on-site.  The residence also includes an elevator, extra storage for residents, a swimming pool and spa, tennis and a clubhouse.  Golf is available at President County Club where membership is an option, but not required.  Homebuyers do pay fees to a Homeowner’s Association.  Those fees go to fund community maintenance and taxes, the community manager, pool service and pest control.  You will find the Envoy community east of I-95 and North Congress Avenue, and north of Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard.  This is right along Lake Mangonia in picturesque Palm Beach County, Florida.

The condominiums of Envoy include between 2,000 and 2,600 square feet of living space.  Expect either two bedrooms and two-baths, or three bedrooms and three-baths.  Prices range from the low to mid $200,000s all the way up to the mid to high $300,000s.  Built in 1984, many of the condominiums are recently remodeled.  Enjoy views of the lake, golf and downtown West Palm Beach from your own home.  On the inside, expect to find split bedroom floor plans, covered balconies, ceramic tile flooring plus carpeting, and assigned garage parking for residents.  Guests also have some parking available.

Envoy is right next door to the planned Palm Beach Outlet Mall.  Various restaurants and big box stores are also nearby.  For additional shopping options, CityPlace in downtown West Palm Beach provides more than 100 specialty shops and other retail stores.  Worth Avenue is also a short distance from Envoy.  It is the place for fine dining and upscale retail shopping.  For even more options, head to Clematis Street.  The district features a number of trendy and unique retail shops, restaurants and art galleries.  At night, Clematis Street comes alive with live music and entertainment.  Make the short drive to the Palm Beaches for some outdoor fun along the miles of white sandy beaches.  Enjoy some fantastic locations for boating, fishing and diving in the area, or just lounge along the ocean and soak up the mild temperatures of South Florida all year long.  The Intracoastal is also just a short drive from Envoy.  For golfers, nearby President Country Club offers 18-holes of championship golf.  There are also another 150 or so other private and pubic golf courses within Palm Beach County, and the surrounding area.  For a night at the ballet or the opera, head to the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts.  You can also enjoy the largest art museum in Florida, when you visit the Norton Museum of Art in West Palm Beach.  Redevelopment plans in the area of Envoy include a number of additional homes, along with medical offices, a conference center, a hotel, and a spa.  Other existing choices in healthcare include Good Samaritan Medical Center and Butler Medical Center, both located in West Palm Beach.  The economy of the region is tied to the medical industry, to tourism, and to the public school district.  The School District of Palm Beach County is one of the largest public school districts in the United States.  Students living within Envoy attend school at the top-rated Roosevelt Elementary School, Roosevelt Middle School and Palm Beach Lakes High School.  There are also various private schools in the area, such as The King’s Academy, Oxbridge Academy and Cardinal Newman High School.  When it comes to older students, Palm Beach Atlantic University is in downtown West Palm Beach.  Other colleges in the area include, Northwood University and Keiser University.
