The community of Oakmont Estates has access to a private clubhouse, an outdoor heated swimming pool, a fitness center, tennis courts and a playground for families of young children. The neighborhood provides lake views and lush landscaping to compliment the beautiful homes.  It is an amazing place for families and retirees to call home.  Homes without lake views come with garden or preserve views. Homebuyers are responsible for paying fees into the Homeowner’s Association.  Fees go to fund basic cable, the amenities within the neighborhood and security features. The community of Oakmont Estates provides easy access to both I-95 and the Florida Turnpike within the Village of Wellington in Palm Beach County.  Oakmont Estates is found just off Stribling Way, not far from US-441/SR 7. Named recently as one of the best places to live, the Village of Wellington is an incredible location and find for your next home.
