The homes of Mayfair are all capable of hosting three bedrooms, with many containing two baths and either one or two-car garages.  The homes feature CBS construction.  Many of the homes include waterway views, leading up to Lake Wellington.  Other homes include garden views for more privacy.  Expect to find open kitchens with spacious bedrooms and large walk-in closets.  The Carriage Homes of Mayfair include two separate floor plans.  The ground floor unit has two bathrooms, a one-car garage, two bedrooms plus a den, and 1,500 square feet of living space.  The second floor unit also includes two bedrooms plus a den.  It has a one-car garage, two bathrooms, and 1,800 square feet of living space.  The Coach Homes of Mayfair also have two floor plans.  The ground floor unit has two bathrooms, two bedrooms plus a den, a two-car garage and 1,700 square feet of living space.  The second floor unit features two bathrooms, three bedrooms plus a loft, a two-car garage and 1,900 square feet of living space.  Along with the garage space, the units have driveway parking available.  One to four vehicles can fit in this space.  Guest parking is also ample throughout the community.

Enjoy living close to all the amenities of Wellington, with a shopping plaza within walking distance, including a grocery store.  The Mall at Wellington Green is a short drive away, featuring dozens of retail chain stores, as well as specialty shops.  The Village of Wellington is well regarded as top notch in the equestrian world.  In fact, the area is affectionately called the winter equestrian capitol of the world.  The area hosts the International Horse Show and the Winter Equestrian Festival.  Both events bring in thousands of visitors to the region each year.  The area is also close to dozens of parks, many with views of the Atlantic Ocean.  There are more than 40 miles of white sandy beaches, with the option for dozens of outdoor activities.  Many residents spend their free time boating, diving and fishing in some of the most incredible locations in all of South Florida.  Others hit the golf course.  There are more than 150 private and public golf courses in the Palm Beach County area.  You are sure to find a perfect fit, whether you are just a beginner, or a pro on one of the many championship courses.  The community of Mayfair is covered when it comes to healthcare.  Wellington Regional Medical Center is a short drive from the community.  Because the community is adults-only, many residents are retirees.  However, the area is part of the School District of Palm Beach County.  It is one of the largest school districts in the nation when it comes to enrollment numbers.
