Homes within the community of Eastwood range in size from 1,600 to 2,400 square feet with CBS construction.  Expect to find prices within the neighborhood averaging from  $175,000 to the mid $400,000 range.   Homes include unique floor plans, with many that are custom builds.  With many featuring large lots and private swimming pools, Eastwood makes a great neighborhood for families to enjoy.  Expect upgraded kitchens with custom cabinetry and granite countertops.  Homes also feature ceramic tile and wood flooring, with stainless steel appliances, vaulted ceilings and upgrades throughout.  Some homes sit upon spacious 1/3 acre or ½ acre lots, and include fenced in yards and screened-in patios for the enjoyment of residents.
