Expect luxury living at its best when you buy a home within the incredible gates of Cypress Creek Country Club. The top-rated community includes 421 single-family homes, with breathtaking views of the lakes, gardens and golf course. Passing through the 24/7-manned security gate, residents notice an established community, with mature landscaping and unique homes.  Perhaps the highlight of the community is the 18-hole golf course itself, designed by Robert von Hagge in 1964.  For beginners, and those needing a refresher course, PGA and LPGA golf pros teach members the game at the Don Law Golf Academy in both individual and group lessons. For residents with families, there are numerous kid-friendly events on-site.  The Kids Fishing Tournament and Clambake, as well as theme dinners and other activities are held throughout the year. Cypress Creek County Club is semi-private.  The golf course is public.  Membership at the Country Club is not required of residents, but residents do pay in to a Homeowner’s Association.  Those fees fund security, community maintenance and cable.  Overall, the fees are relatively low, and the area is considered a great value with the added amenities.

Cypress Creek Country Club is located just west of I-95.  You will find it along South Congress Avenue, between Hypoluxo Road and Miner Road. This is in the Boynton Beach area of Palm Beach County, Florida.The homes of Cypress Creek come in both one and two-story floor plans, with a variety of different options.  Many homes are on lots from ¼ acre to ½ acre in size.  Prices range from around $200,000 to upwards of $600,000. Homes include walk-in closets, plus upgrades throughout.  On the outside of the homes, expect to find screened in patios and private swimming pools in the yards of many of the homes. While some of the homes within Cypress Creek are original to the area, others are recently remodeled.  You will find everything from small ranch homes to large estates within the country club setting.

Members of Cypress Creek Country Club do not have to go far for a great meal.  Tru Shots Bar and Grille is right inside the gates.  The restaurant serves dinner, lunch and breakfast in either the dining room or outside with a view of the golf course. The game of golf, however, is covered at the on-site Cypress Creek pro shop.  If you have other shopping needs, you will find numerous retailers a short drive away, or even some within walking distance of the community. Palm Beach County would not be what it is without the numerous outdoor recreational opportunities.  The Atlantic Ocean is a short drive from Cypress Creek.  If boating, fishing or diving is what you are after; you will find the opportunities are there. For travelers, Palm Beach International Airport and Fort Lauderdale International Airport are both close to the community. The largest employer for this area of Palm Beach County is the public school district.  Other job opportunities include the tourism industry and agriculture. As for medical services, Bethesda Memorial Hospital is very close to the community of Cypress Creek.  There are also a number of other hospitals and medical centers within Palm Beach County. Younger residents of Cypress Creek attend public school at the School District of Palm Beach County.  Hidden Oaks Elementary School, Congress Middle School and Boynton Beach High School service the community. There area also several private and parochial schools in the area, as well as a number of colleges and universities for older students to attend.
