Welcome to a majestic community of 100 acres, including 20 acres of nature preserves and lakes.  The family-friendly neighborhood can only be the luxurious Cobblestone Creek. The community features a fitness center, playgrounds, and an aqua park for the kids, along with walking trails and a neighborhood swimming pool. Residents of Cobblestone Creek are responsible for paying monthly fees to a Homeowner’s Association.  These fees help fund the neighborhood’s many added amenities. The community of Cobblestone Creek is just one mile east of 441, and one mile west of the Florida Turnpike in the western Boynton Beach area of Palm Beach County. More specifically, the neighborhood is on the northeast corner of Lyons Road and Boynton Beach Boulevard.The homes of Cobblestone Creek feature eleven different upscale floor plans, ranging in size from 2,700 to upwards of 4,400 square feet of living space.  Homes come with between three and six bedrooms, and up to four baths.   Homes also come with either a two or three-car garage. Expect to find a number of luxury home features throughout.  Many homes have upgraded flooring and countertops, and spacious rooms.  Floor models also include sitting rooms, wet bars and fireplaces. Many homes come with covered balconies and sun decks on the outside, as well as extended patios. 

Residents will find some outstanding locations for dining in and around the Boynton Beach area.  From fine dining locations for couples, to family-friendly establishments, you are sure to find the restaurant you are looking for at any price range. Shoppers also have several options.  Boynton Beach Mall, with its national retail chains, is just a short drive away, as are some higher-end boutique stores for that hard to find item. If the beach sounds perfect for a weekend of fun, your family will not have to venture far.  The Atlantic Ocean is just a short drive away from Cobblestone Creek.  Along with the dozens of parks owned and operated by Palm Beach County, there are sure to be enough options for everyone.  Outdoor recreational opportunities include swimming, diving, fishing, boating and more.  In fact, you can launch your boat from Boat Club Park into the Boynton Inlet.  The Intracoastal Park also includes a splash-playground and picnic areas. Golfers will also enjoy the close proximity to more than 150 public and private golf courses spread across Palm Beach County. For a lesson in the history of the community, consider venturing to The Andrews Home.  It is the oldest home in Boynton Beach and is completely restored.  The Schoolhouse Children’s Museum is a great place for children to learn about the past, with a hands-on approach.  For the more adventurous, visit Lofthus Underwater Archaeological Preserve.  The popular diving spot is on the National Register of Historic Places.

The job market in the area of Boynton Beach is heavily affected by tourism.  Restaurants, hotels and other tourist locations are major employers, as is the county’s public school district. The community of Cobblestone Creek is very close to the newly opened Bethesda Hospital. The community of Cobblestone Creek feeds into the award winning School District of Palm Beach County.  Students in the neighborhood attend Sunset Palms Elementary School, Odyssey Middle School and Park Vista Community High School. Families may also apply to send children to Somerset Preparatory Academy at the Canyons Middle and High Schools.  In additional there are several other private and parochial schools to choose from. Older students have numerous options for higher education at the many colleges and universities located in and around Palm Beach County, Florida.
